Advice from a 20-year-old in 2021

  1. Invest- money, time, passion. The sooner you invest, the sooner you reap.
  2. Do the research on if you need to go to college to reach your goals
  3. If you do not know what your goals are, explore in whatever way you would like to. There are no wrong options. People are going to judge you either way, so who gives a s***.
  4. If you are in college, work hard from the beginning. Trust me. I heard it a million times and it didn’t click right away.
  5. Life gets harder. Always. You also get stronger. Sometimes
  6. If you need a break, take one.
  7. Stay fit. If it is not important to you, make it important. Working out is great for your brain.
  8. You can find almost all of your textbooks as free pdfs online. This is 2021, baby.
  9. Read books. Play video games. Play board games. Watch Netflix. Just prioritize where those come in your life.
  10. Ask for help from people you do not feel comfortable with.
